Jukka Muhonen is a 25+ year pharma industry veteran with multiple Big Pharma license transactions and other collaborations in various development stages negotiated, launched and managed during his long tenure as Vice President for Global Business Development and Alliance Management for a mid-sized European innovative pharma company. Jukka is the President and principal consultant of AllianceXConsulting, where he supports small and medium sized pharma and biotech companies globally in their strategic partnering initiatives from formation to relationship and contract management, restructuring and dispute resolution. Jukka holds an MBA from Henley Business School and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from University of Illinois and University of Helsinki. He is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
